At Vibe Vaultt, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hair extensions, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vibevaultt.co@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
